Our story

Listd.ph was started by Brainstorm IT to fix a stubborn problem in Philippine real estate: searching for a home — to buy, to rent, or to invest in — should feel modern, but in practice it rarely does. Most local platforms still rely on copy-pasted listings, stale prices, and opaque agent details. We wanted to build something different — a venue where licensed agents and brokerages can list properties with accuracy, where seekers can compare like-for-like with the right filters, and where every transaction starts with the same basic contract: the information shown is the information that's real.

That belief shows up in everything we ship. Our verification flow gates listing creation behind PRC license checks for agents and brokerages. Our map-first search lets you draw your own area instead of being herded into pre-defined zones. Our valuation tools surface real comparables, not vanity averages. And our subscription tiers give serious sellers the tools they need without forcing casual owners into commitments they don't want.

We're Philippine-first, but not Philippine-only. Listd operates in both the Philippines (listd.ph) and Indonesia (listd.id), with the same engineering team and the same trust standards in each market. We're local where it matters — listing rules, pricing conventions, professional licensing — and global where it makes the product better, like investing in modern web infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, and AI tools that help agents reach the right buyers faster.
