4.1 With Other Users (Listers/Seekers)

When a lister posts a property, their contact information (Name, Contact Number, Email) is shared with property seekers who inquire about that listing, and vice-versa, to facilitate a direct transaction.

4.2 Legal Requirements

Listd.ph may disclose your Personal Information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation (e.g., court order or subpoena).
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of Listd.ph.
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
