JL vacation-residential house

The house is an American design It is a 2-floor vacation residential with 65.48 sq meter per floor. The Lower floor is residential by the owner, and the 2nd floor is design for AIRBNB or staycation. The house is 100 meters from the sea. Neighborhood is a quiet, no crime and calm area. We are leaving the house for almost a year and a half, and we didn't see any sign of intrusion. All I can say the place is safe. I didn't have a caretaker; it's my neighbor who look after my property. My American husband love fishing with our neighbor. We are living like in a county, but a few kilometers an established city, with malls. My husband favorite eating place is McDonald and Mang Inasal.
