Quarterly Advance Rental Payments (3 months). Succeeding Quarterly payments to be made twenty (21) days prior to the start of each Quarter.
Lease term is for one (1) year. A longer lease term is available if the LESSEE can satisfy the Security Deposit Requirement below as well as the other requirements of the LESSOR. Contract of Lease to be utilized shall be that of KC/LESSOR.
Two (2) months of rent per each year term of the Contract of Lease.
Ten percent (10%) escalation on the 2nd year of a two (2) year lease term.
Letter of Authorization from the prospective client you are representing. Said Letter shall contain the prospective client’s endorsement and authorization of your being their sole Broker to negotiate with Keynet Corp in their behalf.
Equivalent to eighty percent (80%) of the first year’s net monthly rental for a two (2) year lease term. VAT is not included in the Broker’s commission. No additional commission is earned or paid out for a Contract exceeding a two (2) year term. Broker’s commission is neither earned nor paid out for the Lessee’s renewal of the Contract of Lease.
The commission will be paid out exclusively to the duly authorized and recognized broker who shall submit the signed Lease Contract and all pertinent requirements in behalf of the LESSEE. Please note that the commission will be paid after the payments for the Security deposit and First Quarterly Rental of the LESSEE have cleared.
